    We are based on Suzhou, China. Suzhou is well-known as the city of embroidery workmanship, it's also the city of Chinese wedding apparel industry. Here we have the foundation of everything to tailor a great gown for you.
  • Do you have a local shop that I can visit?
    Sorry that we don't have an offline shop, we only sell online to cut-off management costs. And all the savings are applied to customers for a good dress price.
  • How can I contact you guys?
    You can either contact us via LiveChat or send us e-Mail: service@orchidangelica.com. Connect us via social media platform is also a good choice.
  • What size should I select? Is it the same size as my day dress?
    Nope! Wedding wear size is actually not the same as your day dress. You may check out our size chart for the detailed measurements of bust, waist and hips, as well as your height., and then make the right selection. If you are not sure of how to measure or worried about incorrect measurements, we may suggest you to go to a seamstress for help; If your sizes of bust, waist and hips not matching the standard size, then you may need our customization service.
  • What's your customization service? And what's the cost?

  • Can I get fabric swatch before dress order?
    Sure thing! You may contact our support for photographed swatch or real sample(need to pay for the shipping).
  • When can I receive my dress?
    All our dresses are made to order from scratch. Dress tailoring may take 3-5 weeks, and shipping may take 3-7 working days. You can also contact the support for the rush service.
  • How to place my order with you?
    We suggest you to consult with our support before order, just to confirm that everything is as planned. And when you are ready, just click "Order Now" button from the product page, and then follow a few simple steps to check out. Whenever, you encounter any difficult, pls feel free to contact us.
  • How far in advance should I order a dress before my day?
    We suggest you to give 10+ weeks of grace time for wedding, and 6+ weeks for other events. If you do need a dress urgently, pls contact our support for rush service.
  • How to track my order?
    You can check your order status by login to your account and check "Order Status". And you can also contact the support for more detailed status of your order.
  • What payment method do you accept?
    We accept online payment via PayPal which supports Credit Card and Debit Card. And you can also do bank wiring, just contact the support for details.
  • Payment failed by PayPal, what should I do?"
    This might be caused by network issue, try to use a stable network line and reorder, if issue consists, you may need to contact the bank.
  • Where are you shipping from?
    Your dress will be made in China and shipped from here.
  • Do you ship to my country?
    We ship worldwide. We will check your shipping address when we receive your order, if in case your destination is out of our shipping service or surcharge generated for remote area, we will contact you in advance.
  • How long it takes to deliver my dress? And which courier will you use?
    When your dress production completed, we will match your address with the fastest courier. All dresses will be shipped via expedited shipping service. Delivery time to North America, West Europe and Australia is 3-5 working days, and to other areas is 5-10 working days.
  • How much will you charge for shipping?
    We provide free shipping for order over 299USD. Basic shipping fee is based on your dress weight and destination.
